Evaluation of the exhibitors’ questionnaires
According to our exhibitors’ questionnaire, this year’s objectives turned out to be quite equally stated: Sales, observation of the market, public relations and search for an agent have all been rated with a share of 21.4%, followed by other aims with 14.2%.
As shown in graph 1, the objective sales has been achieved completely by 29% and partially by 52%. Observation of the market has been achieved completely by 71% and partially by 24%. Public relations has been achieved by completely 67% and partially by 33%. Search for an agent has been achieved completely by 38% and partially by 33%. Other aims has been achieved by 43% completely and 17% partially.
In an attempt to assess the overall success of iran food & hospitality 2008, the exhibitors were asked to rate each of the following parameters:

Next year’s iran food & hospitality has been scheduled for the End of May 2009, and all official pavilions and major exhibitors have already reserved for this 16th International Food, Beverages and Hospitality Trade Fair. 65% of the exhibitors already confirmed during the last day of the show to definitely exhibit again and 35% seriously consider a participation next year (see graph 3).
